They are seeking to expand their workforce and are looking for a Financial Accountant to manage the finances, for their KSA office, based in Riyadh.Client DetailsThe organization is a well-established and growing company, partnering with cities worldwide and exploring various way to provide their products and services in a sustainable and efficient way. They also offer multiple solutions which are backed with their expertise and understanding of planning, designing, and implementation.DescriptionManaging of all Middle East group entities day-to-day financial and accounting activitiesManaging accounting operations like inventory accounting, expense recognition, accounts receivable, accounts payable, fixed assets, and the general ledger.Ensuring high-quality control over financial reporting, control, and transactions.Managing and adhere to federal, state, and local reporting requirements, as well as filings for taxes (including VAT) and other regulatory reports.Conducting a formal, timely review and reconcile all balance sheet accounts.Analysing financial reports and forecasts, combine excellent analytical skills with a thorough understanding of accounting principles;In charge of entering, reporting, and reconciling all cash and bank transactions for all Middle Eastern businesses.Assisting with audits and statutory reporting at the end of the year to ensure that Group close deadlines are met.Providing management with reports and analysis of the financial results, preparing budgets and financial forecasts, and carrying out daily treasury tasks like managing cash, funding, and (preparing) reportingManaging all government portals, including GOSI, Mudad, ZATCA, MISA, and others, and submitting them on time are among the responsibilities of this position.Filing quarterly VAT returnsKeeping the offices petty cashGoing to government departments or ministries for approvals or attestationProfileAround 3+ years of experience in within the accounting functionInternational accounting qualification is required: CA, ACCA, or CPA.Languages: English and Arabic are mandatory - Saudi Nationals are encouraged to applyStrong understanding in KSA systems and portals is necessaryStrong analytical, problem solving, planning and project management skillsExcellent Excel and MS Office skillsGood knowledge of accounting softwareGood communications skills, along with the ability to work well with a teamJob OfferThe successful candidate for this role will be offered a monthly competitive salary, along with being a part of a growing organization.
