Open position for Swimming Coach in Saudi ArabiaJob Summary:We are seeking a passionate and experienced Swimming Coach to join our team and empower women and girls to develop their swimming skills and confidence in a safe and supportive environment. You will design and deliver engaging swimming lessons, ensure a positive learning experience for all students, and contribute to the overall success of our swim program in ladies swimming center.Requirements:•Valid international swimming coaching certification recognized in Saudi Arabia (or demonstrably equivalent qualification with ability to obtain local certification) for non-Saudi candidates•Minimum 2 years of experience as a swimming coach, preferably with a focus on instructing females•Strong understanding of water safety principles, swimming techniques, and effective teaching methods for various age groups and skill levels•Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with female students from diverse backgrounds and cultural sensitivities•Patience, enthusiasm, and a passion for helping others learn to swim•Ability to create a fun and engaging learning environment that fosters confidence and enjoyment in the water•Proficient in CPR and first aidTasks:•Conduct initial assessments to evaluate student swimming abilities and goals•Design and deliver progressive swimming lessons tailored to individual needs and skill levels, adhering to established curriculum guidelines•Instruct students on proper swimming techniques, ensuring safety and proper form•Motivate and encourage students to overcome challenges and celebrate their achievements•Provide constructive feedback to help students improve their swimming skills•Maintain a safe and positive learning environment in the pool•Track student progress and document achievements•Collaborate with other coaches and staff to ensure a seamless swim program operationBasic Monthly Salary Range: 8000 - 12000 SAR Company Profile Positions Abroad is a professional recruitment and selection agency recruiting for the well-known clients around the world and helping them to find the best possible candidates globally for their high paying positions.
