Job Description

Team Management & Sales Execution•Supervise, support, and consistently follow up with the regional sales team to ensure achievement of monthly and quarterly sales targets.•Conduct regular performance reviews, pipeline checks, and field visits to enhance execution and accountability.•Monitor individual and team KPIs, ensuring a high-performance culture across branches.? Customer Engagement & Problem Resolution•Take ownership of key customer relationships, providing rapid and effective resolution of complaints, inquiries, and project-related challenges.•Ensure after-sales service standards are upheld, working closely with operations and technical support teams.? Cross-Department Coordination•Act as the primary liaison between the sales team and internal departments (Design, Production, Logistics, Finance) at the head office.•Facilitate smooth order flow, delivery tracking, pricing alignment, and client customizations.•Support the planning and integration of lighting design proposals (e.g., DIALux) in coordination with engineering teams.? Market Research & Competitive Intelligence•Conduct regular market analysis to identify trends, pricing strategies, new technologies, and competitor positioning.•Share actionable insights with senior management to inform product development, pricing, and business growth strategies.•Monitor project pipelines in public and private sectors, identifying opportunities for bid submissions and client engagement.? Sales Strategy & Reporting•Develop territory-specific sales plans and follow up on lead conversion, tenders, and business proposals.•Generate accurate sales forecasts and submit detailed reports to leadership on progress, challenges, and opportunities.•Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.•5+ years of B2C sales experience, preferably in lighting, construction materials, or technical product sectors. •Strong leadership skills with experience managing a team
