Learning Support Teacher

Job Description

We are currently seeking a dedicated and skilled Learning Support Teacher to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in providing individualized support to students with diverse learning needs and a strong understanding of various educational strategies and interventions.The key responsibilities include:Developing and implementing personalized learning plans for students.Working closely with teachers to adapt lesson plans and classroom activities.Providing one-on-one and small group instruction to support students learning goals.Monitoring and evaluating student progress and adjusting support strategies as needed.Qualifications:Bachelors degree in Education or a related field.Experience in a learning support role, preferably in an educational setting.Strong communication and organizational skills.Ability to work collaboratively with teachers, parents, and students.
