Work with the Chief Product Officer (CPO) to organize and lead all Scrum ceremonies including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
Provide guidance and support to all team members in Agile best practices and continuous improvement.
Identify and remove any obstacles that may hinder the team?s progress and ensure a smooth workflow.
Oversee and ensure the timely and quality delivery of projects, meeting business objectives and stakeholder expectations.
Act as a liaison between the CPO and stakeholders, ensuring clear communication and understanding of project goals and progress.
Track and communicate team progress, metrics, and KPIs to stakeholders and leadership.
Advocate for and implement process improvements to enhance team performance and product quality.
Promote a culture of collaboration, transparency, and trust within and between teams.
Proactively identify and manage risks, ensuring they are mitigated effectively.
