HSE OfficerJob Location : UAEResponsibilities:?Implement and maintain health, safety, and environmental (HSE) policies and procedures in accordance with local regulations and company standards.?Conduct regular inspections and audits to identify potential hazards and ensure compliance with safety regulations.?Develop and deliver HSE training programs for employees to promote awareness and enhance safety culture.?Investigate accidents, incidents, and near-misses, and prepare detailed reports with recommendations for preventive measures.?Collaborate with management and employees to address safety concerns and implement corrective actions.?Monitor and evaluate workplace practices and equipment to minimize risks and improve safety performance.?Maintain documentation and records related to HSE activities, including incident reports, training records, and inspection findings.?Stay updated on new HSE regulations and industry best practices, and recommend changes to existing policies and procedures as necessary.Requirements:?Minimum of 3 years of experience as an HSE Officer in the UAE.?Bachelor?s degree or equivalent qualification in Occupational Health and Safety, Environmental Science, or related field.?NEBOSH or equivalent certification in occupational health and safety.?Familiarity with UAE HSE regulations and standards.?Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.?Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.?Ability to work independently and as part of a team.?Valid UAE driving license is preferred.
