Roles & ResponsibilitiesLead full Project Services function including estimating, scheduling, benchmarking, cost control, forecasting, and risk managementPerform Cost & Schedule Risk Analysis (SRA) to support contingency settingPrepare and present weekly and monthly project control reports and dashboardsReview and approve contractor schedules and cost estimatesManage project change control and contract variation ordersInterface with Finance on cash flow forecasting and cost reportingManage multidisciplinary project interfaces across contractors and locationsDevelop and maintain project control procedures and reporting systemsLead planning assurance and compliance activitiesSupport project closeout reporting and benchmarkingDemonstrate strong HSE leadershipDesired Candidate ProfileBachelor?s Degree in EngineeringMinimum 8 years? experience in Planning / Project ControlsAt least 5 years? experience in KSA (preferred)PMP certification from Project Management Institute or accreditation from Association for Project Management (prefered )Proven experience in high-value industrial or capital construction projectsStrong leadership, communication, and team management skillsTechnical Skills RequiredAdvanced expertise in Oracle Primavera P6 (Essential)Mastery of cost estimation, scheduling, and cost controlExperience across FEED, detailed design, procurement, construction, commissioning & startupExpert in Critical Path Method (CPM), forecasting, and recovery planningSound experience in Schedule Risk Analysis (SRA)Experience in benchmarking and performance measurement systems
