? Responsible to maintain quality standards by approving incoming materials, in-process production, finished Can and Auto Sheet products, and recording the results. ? Inspects incoming and process coils in the finishing lines and approve incoming materials by confirming specifications, conducting a visual and measurement test, and rejecting and returning unacceptable materials. ? Prepares inspection reports with the inspection and production data and feed into the available data base system. ? Ensures that the material being processed at finishing lines meet the customer requirements/ internal quality parameters with respect to dimensions (Tolerance), surface quality, shape, coiling and weight.? Must use Cognex system and on-line inspection and give on time feedback to control the process defects and minimise the Quality diversions/deviations.
