Job Description

KEY JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:Hands on knowledge of overhauling of Engine Unit, Gearbox, Steering unit, Differential unit, Brake system, Electrical system & A/C System.

  • Analyzing Job Card.
  • Responsible for maintaining various Categories Type of Light Vehicles & Heavy vehicles.
Detecting problems with light duty and Heavy-duty trucks Using Diagnostic Tools
Responsible for Trouble Shoot capture & over hauling work
Carrying Out Thorough Inspection
Preparing Job Report & Reporting to Supervisor
Guiding the technician-team for resolving technical complaints and prepared technical reports.
Managing customer complaints, developed, and cultivated profitable customer relationship.
Actively contributing in providing suggestions and ideas for the improvement and growth of the company.
  • Ensures HSE and Quality standards are maintained across workshop.
ÿúÿÿÿÿÿÿÿÿEnsures vehicle maintenance checks are in place and maintenance is being tracked, done and recorded in an organized, timely and ethical mannerÿúÿÿÿÿÿÿÿÿAny other related duties/projects assigned by the Supervisor from time to time in order to meet business needsÿEducationúÿÿÿÿÿÿÿÿGraduate in any discipline/ Diploma or Certificate holder.ÿExperience
  • Maintenance workshop Experience ? experience in managing a team
  • Previous experience in Transportation/Logistics/Forwarding. Knowledge of Jebel Ali Port operations is a plus.
  • With a minimum of 2 years in a customer service/distribution coordination environment.
  • Work will primarily be in Ras Al Khaimah. Candidates willing to relocate to RAK would be preferred.
Skills
  • Strong Trucking ? maintenance Knowledge of Light and Heavy duty Commercial Trucks. NO Passenger trucks/buses.
  • Fluency in Hindi (spoken), a must. English/Arabic would be a plus.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Strong interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizing skills.
  • Attention to detail.
