Land SurveyorJob Location : Ras al-Khaimah, United Arab EmiratesRequirements :•Diploma/Bachelors in Civil Engineering, Geomatics, or Surveying (or equivalent)•2-5 years of relevant UAE/GCC experience in building/infra projects and site surveying•Proficiency with Total Station, Auto Level, GPS/GNSS (RTK), and related surveying instruments•Experience in setting out coordinates, levels, and alignments for civil/ works•Strong knowledge of survey calculations, traverse/level adjustments, and coordinate systems•Ability to read IFC/shop drawings and prepare as-built drawings•Working knowledge of AutoCAD and MS Office; Civil 3D is an advantage•Familiarity with QA/QC procedures, site HSE, and municipality/authority standards•Strong coordination and communication skills with site engineers and subcontractors•UAE Driving License preferred
