Position: Team Leader ? Customer ServiceSalary: AED 7,000Location: Ras Al Khaimah, UAE??Main Tasks?? Monitors and maintains records relating to companys sales activities? Monitors, coordinates and develops Customer Service Agents? Provides monthly feedback reports related to sales growth, sales opportunities and team members development? Prepares and forwards sales quotations for customers using available product cost data? Handles all correspondence and organizes contact between the sales manager and his/her customers? Keeps records of sales targets and actual figures and compiles them into reports for management? Maintains customer records? Prepares quotations based on project tenders? Prepares weekly and monthly sales reports? Keeps records of visits and sales? Arranges meetings with all the subordinates? Any other job related duties as required?Responsibilities?? Works very closely together with the Sales Managers she/he is assigned to? Development and update of sales data relating to products / markets and countries? Works closely together with purchasing and logistics departments to ensure excellent service levels to customers
