You are an ambassador for the exceptional Spa service . Your warm, personal attention and knowledge of our outstanding offerings makes guests feel unique and valued.What you will be doing:

  • Greet, check-in, respond to requests and settle accounts while providing exceptional service
  • Ensure individualized guest service through acknowledging and responding to their needs and expectation
  • Actively participate in other areas of the Spa Operation, such as body treatments, product knowledge and retail sales
  • Deal with Spa guest and member queries
  • Manager booking system by booking and cancelling appointments
  • Provide advice on the facilities to guests and potential members
  • Issue robes, lockers and towels
  • Actively participate in other areas of the Spa Operation, such as body treatments, product knowledge and retail sales
  • Proudly promote the hotel facilities, looking for opportunities to enhance ag guests stay through up-selling
Qualifications
  • Should have min. 1 year of experience as Spa Receptionist in a reputed Spa
  • Ability to focus attention on guest needs, remaining calm and courteous at all times
  • Multi-lingual i.e. Russian/ Arabic language would be a plus
  • Service focused personality is essential experience is an asset
  • Experience in spa retail sales
