Senior AccountantJob Location: Ras Al Khaimah, United Arab EmiratesReporting to: General Manager – Accounts and Finance.Job Responsibilities:•To ensure proper and accurate books of accounts are maintained in a timely manner.•To ensure all statutory, regulatory and audit related compliances are addressed promptly and where required queries are handled in consultation with the reporting Manager.•To provide MIS and reports at agreed frequency as per advise of Management.•To interact and respond with various project site teams and ensure information is either obtained / provided to facilitate the objectives of the Accounts and Finance department.•To correspond with vendors, service providers and third party agencies to ensure their services are well within the terms of contract and allocated budgets.•To work with Banks and other financial institutions to ensure payments processing is implemented seamlessly.•To maintain employee information w.r.t appointments, salary changes, attendance / leave records, payroll cycle, monitoring salary budgets – such that payroll processing is carried out smoothly.Note: Only shortlisted candidates will be contacted for further process.
