SALES MANAGER / BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT MANAGERCurrently in UAEManufacturing Experience in a MustPreferably Bilingual (Arabic / English) SpeakerCan Travel outside GCC & MENA RegionRESPONSIBILITIES* Develop and execute customer business plans to drive revenue growth and achieve sales targets.* Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, serving as their main point of contact.* Understand clients strategic goals, vision, business needs, objectives, and challenges to provide tailored solutions.* Collaborate with production teams to ensure seamless execution of client projects and initiatives.* Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to identify new business opportunities. Also, key is to identify new markets for expansion in markets outside GCC such as USA and UK.* Conduct regular business reviews with key clients to assess performance and propose actionable recommendations.* Ensure timely and accurate reporting of sales performance, forecasts, and account status to senior management.
