Whatever your pace, in the sea or on land, enjoy an experience fueled environment.Recreation Supervisor As a Recreation Supervisor, you will be responsible towards creating an exceptional experience for the guests and the colleagues reporting to you.What will you be doing:

  • Creating the ultimate journey to relaxation for our guests
  • Recognize arrivals of all VIP guests arriving in both the spa and recreational areas and hotel.
  • Knowledgeable about all aspects of recreation, fitness & wellness, and recreation facilities in person and over the telephone.
  • Capable of performing professional technical pre-consultation so that he/she is able to recommend suitable treatments in accordance to the treatment protocols taught per the clients needs and concerns.
  • Schedule of all colleagues in all department of Recreation & Wellness and ensure smooth operation of the reception.
  • The Recreation Supervisor is responsible for supporting the Director of recreation & Entertainment and the team to operational excellence while understanding and executing the short- and long-term goals established by the Director of Recreation & Entertainment.
QualificationsYour experience and skills include:
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and computer skills
  • Previous experience in a hotel is an asset or similar setup.
  • Ability to work cohesively with other departments and co-workers as part of a team.
  • To lead and inspire the team towards creating the ultimate journey towards relaxation.
  • Excellent understanding of water safety in general
