Job Description

We are looking for someone with at least 10 years? experience in a similar role who is used to working on a variety of large commercial projects e.g., hotels, shopping malls, commercial and residential tower blocks etc. This role reports into the Group CEO and has room for career progression.?Description:?

  • Lead the Group commercial projects
  • Maintain database for commercial projects within the deadline and supervise any necessary changes in the plan
  • Report to the CEO about projects progression
  • Be involved in strategic decisions and provide leadership and direction to other Project Managers to implement those decisions
  • Develop a timeline for the completion of projects milestones
  • Responsible for risk management to avoid delays or reputational damage
  • Ensure permits and legal papers are secured ahead of the project
  • Provide advisory services when required
  • Coordinate with Commercial/ Contract Manager to review the contracts (like LOU, BAMA, etc.)
  • Prepare budget for the operation department to gather funding from executives and track the resources allocated to the various projects
  • Prepare proposals to begin a project, which include the materials needed, cost estimates for resources, as well as the projected outcome or product
  • Devise cost-effective plans to enable effective project completion
  • Oversee financial KPIs for the projects and ensure project quality
  • Involve is reviewing status reports, invoices, and documents outlining any proposed changes to the project
  • Provide coaching, guidance, direction, and leadership to the project team and project manager in relation to various issues, risks, activities, general management, and project approach
  • Lead the Project Managers who oversee teams of developers, designers, architects, and other skilled professionals
  • Manage Project Team in various departments who are assigned certain tasks to complete for a given project
  • Oversee department heads in carrying out certain projects, and report on how a particular plan progressing
  • Set plans and follow up with project team to ensure that each phase of a project proceeds as planned
  • Responsible to supervise Project Managers as they create reports and meet with stakeholders
  • Lead development teams as they design the products that will come out of the projects
