Roles & ResponsibilitiesPlan, coordinate, and supervise daily production activities to achieve production targets.Improve plant efficiency, productivity, and product quality while minimizing downtime.Ensure compliance with quality standards, safety regulations, and environmental requirements.Monitor production processes and implement continuous improvement initiatives.Coordinate preventive and breakdown maintenance with the maintenance team.Optimize manpower utilization and production scheduling.Monitor raw material consumption, production yields, and process losses.Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly production reports and KPIs.Assist in commissioning new equipment and process improvements.Work closely with Quality Control, Stores, Procurement, and Sales to ensure smooth operations.Desired Candidate ProfileBachelor?s Degree in Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related discipline.Minimum 5 years? experience in manufacturing or process industries.Experience in dry-mix mortar, silica sand processing, cement products, construction chemicals, minerals processing, or similar bulk material handling industries will be an advantage.Strong understanding of conveyors, bucket elevators, vibrating feeders, mixers, screening equipment, pneumatic conveying and industrial production systems.Good analytical and problem-solving skills.Strong leadership and communication abilities.Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and ERP systems is preferred.Willingness to work in Ras Al Khaimah, UAE.
