Parisima has the capability to create unique solutions to meet your talent requirements.Our client provides Marine Management and Liftboats services, theyre looking for a Procurement Executive to join their team in Ras Al Khaimah.Responsibilities:

  • Ensuring that suppliers are vetted for their previous history prior accepting in company?s system.
  • Ensures that all stores, spares requested by ships is processed adequately by taking more than one quotation.
  • Ensuring quality of stores as per company?s standards.
  • Maintaining service records of various suppliers by getting feedback from ships and other clients.
  • Ensuring smooth connection of stores to vessels with support of operation department.
  • Maintain relationships and contracts with vendors for goods or contract labor to meet vessel requirements.
  • Source, identify and purchase technical and operational supplies required for marine activities at the right quality/time and competitive price.
  • Knowledgeable of UAE Laws, regulations & government requirements pertaining to logistics or the transportation of the commercial goods & ship?s spares.
