Job Description

Sparklo is a global cleantech company producing and operating innovative solutions for plastic and aluminium recycling˙ - Reverse Vending Machines (or Sparklomats, as we call them). Sparklo is creating a global infrastructure that eliminates cause of plastic and aluminum pollution: collecting bottles and cans for recycling before they become waste, hence becoming an essential part of circular economy. At Sparklo, we believe in encouragement rather than blame, motivating people worldwide with special rewards to shape a sustainable habit and make everyday recycling effortless and enjoyable for everyone.Responsibilities:

  • Support efficient running of the office operations within the company;
  • Coordinate daily activities with other related departments, to communicate ongoing updates and changes happening within the MENA team;
  • Support direct manager and dotted line managers (HR Director, Managing Director, CEO);
  • Maintain the travel schedule (in-bound & out-bound) airtickets, hotel reservations of CEO;
  • Track direct cost expenses and cost optimisation within the travel expenditures;
  • Communication with the 3rd parties (PRO services, inquiries, quotations);
  • Develop the tracking system of day-to-day operational activities;
  • Participate in TOP management meetings and formalization of the structure (agenda, meeting minutes, recap);
  • Develop with close collaboration (HR department - onboarding process of new joiners, keep track of legal requirements.˙
