We are looking for a Level 2 ? Level 4 Mobile Phone Technician with UAE based experience (preferably in Ras Al Khaimah) of at least 2 years and above. Please apply only if you have the following qualifications!The candidate should have the following important qualifications and requirements:Ability to repair mobile phones and tablets, especially Apple iPhones and iPadsAbility to repair Face ID, Mother Board, Chip removal, Audio IC, Water damage related issues and so on would be a very good added advantageExperience in all hardware and software related repairs (data transfer, pattern removal, FRP lock, phone recovery and so on)Previous experience in the UAE for at least 2 yearsIn depth knowledge about different models, old and new especially iPhone and Samsung seriesAbility to rectify issues within customers devices quickly and provide solutionMust have knowledge about multiple suppliers in the wholesale market and idea about pricing of spare partsMust have knowledge about all tools and machineries usedMust be flexible with work hoursMust be able to speak in Arabic, English, Hindi. Other languages are an added advantageMust have knowledge about market trends and satisfy customer with job performance.Ability to sell not just repairing related stuff, but also accessories, devices and so onThe responsibilities of the individual will be as follows:Provide estimation and quotes to customersMaintain a positive working environmentMaintain and use repair tools and equipmentQuality check before and after repairs and ensuring devices are fully functioningArranging spare parts from suppliersOnly apply if you have the above experience and skills!
