MEP Manager (Highrise Building Project)

Job Description

Roles & ResponsibilitiesLead end-to-end execution of MEP works from planning to project handover.Coordinate with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and project teams.Manage MEP design reviews, shop drawings, material approvals, and authority submissions.Monitor project progress, budgets, quality, safety, and resource allocation.Oversee testing, commissioning, and final handover of MEP systems.Ensure compliance with project specifications, UAE regulations, and HSE requirements.Desired Candidate ProfileBachelor's Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.Minimum 18+ years of experience in building construction projects with reputed contracting companies.Minimum 5 years in a managerial role handling large-scale high-rise projects in the UAE/GCC.Strong knowledge of HVAC, Electrical, Plumbing, Fire Fighting, ELV, and BMS systems.
