Job Description

Our client is looking for someone who is both fluent in English and Arabic and is also well presented. You will have a law degree and have at least 5 years? experience in the UAE. Highly qualified Legal Counsel to oversee the legal aspects of our clients? business.Description:

  • Review and advise on contracts, licenses, and other agreements with customers, suppliers and other third parties
  • Structuring, negotiating, and drafting sales, partner and supplier contracts and related agreements
  • Advice on confidentiality agreements and engagement letters between our client and third-party providers
  • Give expert and timely advise to the management
  • Communicating with and managing any third-party external counsel
  • Manage the contractual risks to our client and advise accordingly
  • Ensure you are always up to date with the latest relevant government regulations
  • Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating contracts
  • Ensuring that policies and procedures are in place and adhered to
  • Promoting legal, compliance and risk management best practice throughout the company
  • Communicating with and managing any third-party external counsel
  • Specify internal governance policies and regularly monitor compliance
