HR AssistantJob Location : Ras al-Khaimah, United Arab EmiratesJob Details :•MBA(HR)/Degree in Human Resources or related field.•Minimum 1-2 years Experience .Responsibilities :•Assisting HR with the process of recruitment, including assisting with interviews and issuing employment contracts.•Assist with day to day operations of the HR functions and duties Supporting internal and external inquiries and requests related to the HR department.•Process documentation and prepare reports relating to personnel activities (staffing, recruitment, training, grievances, performance evaluations etc)•Compiling and maintaining paper, digital and electronic employee records.•Entering employee data in software (SAP Knowledge added advantage).•Writing and submitting reports on general HR activities.•(Advanced Excel and Word) Overseeing HR events and meetings and coordinating management-employee communications.•Basic knowledge of labor laws Strong communications skills.(Hindi, English)
