Job Description

HR & Admin AssistantJob Location : Ras al-Khaimah, United Arab EmiratesDuties & Responsibilities :•Oversees the human resources database. Ensures that system records are accurately recorded andcross checked.•Enters new hire information in the human resource system database.•Ensures that human resources files and records are maintained in accordance with legal requirements and company policies and procedures.•Process employment visa applications and verifications, Medical, and Emirates ID appointments.•Hotels, Air ticket bookings and air port transport of employees.•Submission and collection of documents in RAKEZ office•Effective working relations exist with company personnel and Management is appropriately informed.•To comply with company and HSE policies and procedures•Any other duties, which the Managing Director, Admin. Manager and Production Head may require.Job Details :•Any Bachelors degree•Experience in Admin works preferred•Preferably female candidates in Spouse visa
