As a Receptionist, you will play a crucial role in ensuring a positive experience for our visitors. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Greeting and welcoming visitors at the park with a warm and friendly demeanor.
  • Answering inbound calls and assisting callers with inquiries.
  • Providing information to visitors about our park and services.
  • Scheduling appointments and managing reservations.
  • Processing payments accurately and efficiently.
  • Maintaining office supplies and equipment.
  • Supporting management and leadership teams with various tasks and assignments as needed.
