Job Description

Our ClientA highly established private investment firm in the UAE have exciting newly created opportunity for Head of Investment to join their team.Your Responsibilities

  • Actively sources, researches, analyses and evaluates a variety of investment opportunities across (funds, direct, co-investments)
  • Develops complex financial models
  • Leads due diligence activities which include appraisal of companys past and projected financial performance
  • Actively sources, researches, analyses and evaluates a variety of investment opportunities across (funds, direct, co-investments)
  • Submits recommendations based on the results of the teams due diligence and analysis
  • Negotiation and execution of investment agreements and other transaction-related legal documentations
  • Analyses potential fund investment opportunities
  • Drafts internal fund investment proposals for approval of the Investment Committee
  • Assists in negotiating, structuring, and completing fund documentations
  • Bring a network to add/ bring deal follow to division.
  • Monitors ongoing financial performance of portfolio companies and funds and overseas the reviews of valuations.
Your Qualifications
  • Masters/MBA educated with professional qualification (CFA)
  • At least 10-15 years experience, including within public markets
  • Experience working in either investment bank, family office in the GCC
  • Wider international experience (US, China, Europe) is advantageous
  • Arabic speaker is essential
