Oversee all products on Jebel Jais mountain and implement strategies to maximize customer participation, experience, and profit.RESPONSIBILITIES:- Working with finance team to compile and present reports, budgets, business plans,commentaries, and financial statements.- Managing entire on mountain team of up to 60 employees.- Managing colleagues, workloads, and deadlines.- Produce and review staff / product / policy documents.- Preparation and management of staffing roster.- Financial forecasting and risk analysis.- Meeting and working with clients.- Driving business and developing strategies for further promotion and revenue increase ofproducts and business units.- Collaborating with different departments to ensure unity in direction and operations.- Helping manage trip schedules, operations, and large groups.- Optimizing processes, procedures, and systems to ensure quality of product and amazingcustomer experience.- Internal auditing and reviews of financial and operational practices.- Responsible for ensuring the safety of the employees and customers on the products.- Perform additional dutiesYEARS OF EXPERIENCE:- Must have 2-3 years of experience in adventure facilities in the UAE.- Must have minimum of 5 year experience upper management positions.REMUNERATION AND BENEFITS:Medical InsuranceAnnual LeaveAnnual TicketSick LeaveEmployment Visa
