We are looking for a skilled Fiberglass Laminator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in the fabrication and repair of fiberglass products. The successful candidate must be able to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.Responsibilities:Cut, shape, and form fiberglass materials using hand tools, power tools, and specialized equipmentLaminate fiberglass layers to build strong and durable productsTrim, grind, sand and finish components as requiredPrepare molds for lamination by cleaning, waxing and coating with gelcoat or resinRepair existing products using patching techniquesFollow safety guidelines when handling hazardous materials such as resins and solventsMaintain a clean working environment
