Factory Manager ? Stainless Steel/Sheet MetalsLocation: Ras Al Khaimah?Main tasks:?

Oversees activities of departments such as production, engineering, planning, maintenance, logistics and warehouse, R&D and Quality to effect operational efficiency and economy
New projects R&D management
Budget and cost control management
New process and systems development
Plant expansion and long term investment management
Develops and implements departmental policies and procedures
Health safety and environment procedures compliance
Participates in the planning and formulation of company strategy and the implementation of departmental action plans
Manages and appraises staff

?Operations, Production, Purchase & Engineering:?

Develops plans for efficient use of materials, machines and employees
Plans and directs production activities and establishes production priorities for products in keeping with effective operations and cost factors
Reviews production costs and product quality and modifies production and inventory control programs to maintain and enhance profitable operation of division.
Creates a technical vision for the company and plans for implementation of new technical projects and/or product lines
Consults with engineering personnel relative to modification of machines and equipment in order to improve production and quality of products.
Reviews and analyzes production, maintenance, and operational reports to determine causes of nonconformity with product specifications, and operating or production problems

?Quality:?

Develops and analyses statistical data and product specifications to determine present standards and establishes proposed quality and reliability expectancy of finished product
Oversees quality control objectives complementary to corporate policies and goals
Creates and implements inspection criteria and procedures
Interprets quality control philosophy to key personnel in organization
Coordinates objectives with production procedures in cooperation with other plant managers to maximize product reliability and minimize costs
Applies total quality management tools and approaches to analytical and reporting processes within each department
Creates and directs environmental test functions
Designs and implements quality control training programs to key personnel in conjunction with managers
Risk assessment, HSE improvement and safety training
