Job Description

We are looking for an experienced and proactive Executive Production Planner to join our team in the Paper Bag Packaging industry. In this key role, you will oversee production planning activities, ensure alignment with demand forecasts, and drive timely, efficient, and high-quality production outcomes.Responsibilities:

  • Develop, coordinate, and oversee production workflow for multiple product lines.
  • Analyze sales forecasts and inventory levels to create optimized production schedules.
  • Plan and prioritize daily operations to ensure maximum productivity and minimal delays.
  • Ensure the availability of necessary equipment and raw materials to meet production demands.
  • Supervise and assign production staff to specific tasks and shifts based on workload and timelines.
  • Track and monitor production activities to ensure timely and cost-effective completion.
  • Resolve operational issues promptly to minimize disruption and maintain flow.
  • Collect and report output metrics such as finished goods count, defect rates, and resource utilization.
  • Prepare and present detailed production status and performance reports (Excel format preferred).
  • Maintain accurate documentation and production records.
  • Collaborate with the quality assurance, warehouse, and procurement departments for seamless operations.
  • Continuously improve planning procedures and contribute to process optimization.
