Job Description

Executive HousekeeperReporting to Cluster Director of Housekeeping, he/she will manager all housekeeping and laundry staff. Responds to and services guest?s needs in a friendly, courteous and efficient manner. Responsible for the inventory of all amenities and guest supplies needed by the housekeeping staff. Plans and assigns all housekeeping work.What is in it for you:

What you will be doing:
  • Consistently offer professional, friendly and proactive guest service while supporting fellow associates
  • Supports the Cluster Director of Housekeeping in the daily operation
  • Work according to the Accor values and mission.
  • To keep the rooms and public areas in clean and hygienic conditions according to the policy & procedure set by the hotel
  • Establish and/or implement operating procedures and standards
  • Plan and coordinate the activities of housekeeping supervisors and team
  • Coordinate inspection or inspect assigned areas to ensure standards are met
  • Apply human resource management skills, such as hiring, training, scheduling and evaluating performance
  • Complete financial management tasks, such as setting and adhering to a budget
  • Handle administrative tasks
  • Distribute and delegate workload to guarantee maximum productivity and guest satisfaction with minimum outlay of expenses in terms of labor and materials.
  • Monitor house count and make staffing adjustments accordingly.
  • Other relevant tasks as assigned by the immediate reporting line.
Your experience and skills include:
  • Excellent communication skills and a professional presentation
  • Ability to work cohesively with fellow heartists as part of a team
