Black & Grey HR is recruiting for a leading diversified group of companies in Ras Al Khaimah, UAE. Our client is looking to hire a Deputy Marketing Manager who will?build awareness of the companys retail assets by developing and executing on marketing strategies to meet consumer needs and maximize profits.- Responsible for marketing and social media management of the retail assets- Develop and implement retail assets marketing strategy, plan and annual calendar.- Manage and control? the marketing budget- Plan and execute campaigns, promotions, sponsorships and activations in accordance with the approved marketing plan and budget- Co-ordinate and prepare marketing service providers contract with the support of the relevant departments.- Prepare monthly reports for the management to understand the progress and success- Co-ordinate all marketing related activities to drive brand awareness, footfall and salesRequirements- 5+ years of?experience in planning, delivering and measuring marketing skills.?- In-depth knowledge of digital marketing- Ability to work on tight deadlines and under pressure.- Ability to prioritize, multi-task, lead, direct and work under pressure to accomplish overall objectives.- Confident in interacting with retail partners/tenants, colleagues and internal and external stakeholders- Excellent communication skills- Fluent in English and ArabicBenefits- Opportunity to work with one of the leading group of companies in the RAK, UAE.- Salary plus standard benefits.
