The Dean will also be a primary communicator of student information between the school and home (parent).The Dean of Students will work directly with the Head of School and/or Principal on the implementation, management and administration of resources to maintain a healthy, safe school and learning environment for students and staff.The Dean of Students supervises staff in relation to behavior management supervision during breaks, before and after school and during and between classes, and will with Principals and Heads of Schools in identifying and supporting teachers who need extra assistance.Requirements:
