Roles & ResponsibilitiesPrepare detailed MEP cost estimates, including material take-offs, labour, subcontractor, and equipment costsAnalyse tender drawings, specifications, bills of quantities (BOQ), and scope documentsConduct site visits to understand project conditions and identify risk itemsSource and evaluate subcontractor and supplier quotationsDevelop and maintain pricing databases, rate libraries, and unit cost benchmarksCollaborate with project engineers and procurement teams for up-to-date costs of equipment & materials.Prepare tender submissions, bid clarifications, and post-tender negotiations.Support value engineering exercises to optimise cost without compromising qualityAbility to read and interpret MEP drawings and technical specifications.Excellent numerical, analytical, and attention-to-detail skills.Ability to work on tight deadlines for tenders for multiple tenders.Qualification :Bachelor in Engineering (Electrical / Mechanical)Desired Candidate Profile2+ yrs of experience in MEP Estimation in a construction sector in UAE
