Job Description

Joining within one week is preferred.Experience should be in civil works.Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the planning and execution of civil engineering components of projects.
  • Supervise and coordinate with design and site execution teams.
  • Review and approve technical drawings, BOQs, and design documents.
  • Provide technical input during tendering and bidding processes.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant codes, standards, and regulations.
  • Coordinate with architects, structural engineers, engineers, and contractors.
  • Conduct technical evaluations and value engineering.
  • Review material submittals and method statements.
  • Identify and resolve technical issues on-site.
  • Prepare and monitor project schedules and budgets.
  • Ensure safety and quality standards are met throughout execution.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor?s degree in Civil Engineering (Master?s preferred).
  • Professional Engineering license or certification (as per region).
  • Proven experience (10 years in UAE) in a technical role in civil projects.
  • Knowledge of construction processes, materials, and legal regulations.
  • Familiarity with software such as AutoCAD, STAAD Pro, MS Project, Primavera, or equivalent.
