Our client is now recruiting for an?Assistant Plant Manager. This position will be based in?Ras Al KhaimahRequirements? Be able to revamp the closed out plant? Be able to start production as per targets and plant capacity? Be able to Develop Supply Chain for all raw materials and consumables? Fully capable to control the various formulations of Lube oils/greases, grades & specifications? Be able to blend, pack, storage, preserve, load and transport the finished goods? Capable to respond the queries, raised by the buyers, stake holder and employees? To plan and control the manpower utilities and security including materials in and out? Be able to conduct preventive maintenance for plant operations? Be competent to conduct lab analysis to ensure the product quality? To control and maintain the inventory of raw and finished goods, including spare and consumables? To control all logistic, boarding and lodging requirements at plant and at labor camp? Be able to plan & conduct internal audits for control of processes and practices? Be competent to communicate with internal and external sources for smooth functioning of the plant? Be able to forecast and project the production targets? To ensure admirative control at plant including admin, stores, power, security, HR quality & Production? Be able to control the sales, purchase documentation and communicate with HQ? Must be excellent to use the IT applications and software? Any other task, which management can assign by time to time
