Whatever your pace, in the sea or on land, enjoy an experience fueled environment.Assistant Concierge ManagerAs an Assistant Concierge Manager, you will always lend a helping hand with a smile. Your passion for the property and respect for our guests belongings will ensure that our guests feel welcome as soon as they arrive.What you will be doing:

• Timely delivery of guests luggage, messages, and any other items within the property.
• Personalize guests room orientation in a professional, friendly, and engaging manner.
• Maintain a presence in the lobby as an ambassador of the property and brand, offering exceptional service to guests.
• Demonstrate the ability to solve guest problems by assisting them and promptly alerting the supervisor of any complaints. Inform management promptly of any complaints, comments, or incidents.
• Manage the pre-arrival experience from the time of reservation until the guest checks in.

QualificationsYour experience and skills include:

• A service-focused personality is essential, and customer-related experience is an asset.
• Should have at least 2 years of experience as an Assistant Concierge Manager.
• Holding a UAE Light Vehicle Driving License would be preferred.
• Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication skills and a professional presentation.
• Ability to work cohesively with fellow colleagues as part of a team.
