Job Description

C and B Consultants, RAK is in search for a qualifiedÿArchitect to work in material specificationsÿwho has experience working on site in a reputed company in the UAE.Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Reviewing construction plans identify list of materials.
  • Prepares architectural and civil specifications for projects.
  • prepare and analyze project costings for tenders, such as materials, quantities, labor and time
  • Maintain material suppliers database
  • Assess tender documents to ensure sufficient information available to prepare tender
  • support in quantity surveying tasks, and prepare bill of quantities.
