Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

Perform the processing and recording of accounts payable transactions and ensure that all invoices are paid accurately and in accordance with Finance policies and procedures.
Ensure Statutory and Legal compliances along with maintaining/ preparing needful records.
Ensure timely payment of statutory liabilities.
Ensure timely vendor payments and vendor account reconciliations.
Ensure proper record keeping and documentation.
Participate in the monthly record journal entries and account reconciliations.
Generate Monthly Expenditure Reports for MIS and highlight the variances.
Analyze different general ledger accounts regularly.
Assist in the Management reviews, Quarterly Reviews, Audits etc.,
Ensure adequate policies, procedures and internal controls are in place and adhered to for all areas of responsibility.
Participate in ad-hoc/ special projects as needed.
