Civil Quantity SurveyorJob Location : Ras al-Khaimah, UAEKey Responsibilities:•Prepare detailed project cost estimates and budgets.•Evaluate and manage tender documents, contracts, and bills of quantities.•Monitor project expenditures and track variations.•Conduct site visits to assess and manage progress in alignment with cost reports.•Collaborate with project teams to ensure financial and contractual compliance.•Negotiate with contractors and suppliers to ensure cost-effective procurement.•Prepare progress and final account statements.•Provide advice on contractual claims and disputes.Requirements:•Bachelors degree in Civil Engineering, Quantity Surveying, or a related field.•Minimum of 5 years of proven experience in the construction industry.•Strong understanding of construction methods, materials, and regulations.•Proficient in quantity surveying software and tools.•Excellent communication and negotiation skills.•Attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.•Familiarity with UAE construction laws and practices is a plus.
