The Work location will be RAK06 days Work Monday to Saturday08 Hours DutyPriority will be given to Female ApplicantsUnder the direction of the Health and Safety Manager, the Health & Safety Clerk provides administrative assistance, clerical support and receptionist duties for the Health & Safety DepartmentResponsible for the daily management of all Health and Safety related documentation as per the Company policy.Provide clerical support for all Health and Safety matters including claims management, training, contractors, injury reporting, Joint Health and Safety Committees, etc?.Update, prepare, produce and distribute various departmental reports.Provide receptionist duties as required for the Health and Safety Department.Maintain training calendar and book training as required.Maintain safety talks and workplace inspection and training records.Other duties as assigned.RequirementsHigh school Graduate and College diploma in Business/Office Administration or Health and Safety.Minimum of two (2) years related office experience in a Health and Safety and/or Human Resources Environment.Able to multitask in multiple disciplines of Health & Safety.Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.Strong organization skills.
