?????????Handles administration & support of SalesBuzz system?????????Provides support & guidance for L1 Handheld Support and Back Office teams?????????Tracks & follows up all incidents & issues with third party provider to ensure resolutions on time?????????Advises on root cause analysis and support in change requests?????????Creates & customizes necessary reports & dashboards as applicable as possible?????????Plans & supports future version upgrades and advise on necessary HW/SW resources?????????Provides support for all devices HW/SW using necessary remote management tools as necessary?????????Maintains periodic backup for DB, add additional backups when needed?????????Writes and execute SQL queries
