Pipeline Construction ManagerJob Location: Qatif Area, Saudi ArabiaPetroleum Vision, a division of EMKAN Holdings in Dammam, is seeking an experienced Pipeline Construction Manager for our newly awarded Saudi Aramco project in the Qatif Area. If youre a skilled professional with the right expertise, we want to hear from you!Key Qualifications:•Saudi Aramco Approval as Construction Manager or Interface Manager for Pipeline Construction projects.•Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering.•Minimum 10 years of experience in pipeline construction.•Proven completion of a full project cycle as Construction Manager with Saudi Aramco.•Expertise in Saudi Aramco codes, standards, cross-country pipeline projects, PMT, and shutdown projects.Key Responsibilities:•Manage all project phases, ensuring on-time, within-scope, and budget-compliant delivery.•Coordinate all construction activities to meet safety and quality standards.•Develop and oversee project plans, schedules, and budgets.•Collaborate with engineers, architects, and stakeholders for smooth project execution.•Lead subcontractors and construction teams, ensuring strong on-site management.•Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and enforce project specifications.
