Permanent / Temporary (with Secondment).-Maintaining the Store in accordance with Store Management Procedure, Workflows, and Proper Documentation to ensure that no discrepancies in physical/CAFM stock quantities, specifications, and storage locations.-Ensure the Store and Open yards are in line with the Store Management, Safety, and housekeeping procedures.-Responsible for material deliveries to the Store and making sure that all the relevant documents are prepared and managed.-Preparation of Letters and other correspondence related to the timely deliveries of Contractual Spare Materials by the Contractors.-Conducting and coordinating the Periodical Store Inventory checking, counting & internal audits in accordance with the Bin allocation and labelling.-Sound knowledge of CAFM, MS Excel, and Word.Qualifications:-Bachelor’s Degree / Diploma or equivalent experience.-Min. 5 years of experience in the same role.-Experience in Facility and maintenance company industry.-English Communications, Arabic is a plus.Note that we are receiving a high volume of applications, and only candidates who meet the criteria will be contacted.
