We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Restaurant Supervisor fluent in Arabic to oversee daily restaurant operations, ensuring exceptional service standards and a memorable dining experience for our guests.✅ Key Responsibilities:Team Leadership: Supervise, train, and motivate restaurant staff to deliver outstanding service.Operational Oversight: Manage daily restaurant operations, including opening and closing procedures, staff scheduling, and inventory control.Customer Service: Address guest inquiries and complaints promptly, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.Quality Control: Monitor food and beverage quality, presentation, and cleanliness to maintain high standards.Compliance: Ensure adherence to health and safety regulations, company policies, and industry standards.Reporting: Maintain accurate records of transactions, staff performance, and inventory levels.?
