Job Description

SUMMARYThe role of a Project Manager is critical in ensuring the success of fit-out projects, requiring a balance of technical knowledge, managerial skills, and effective communication abilities.Each project may present unique challenges and requirements, necessitating flexibility and adaptability in this role.Responsibilities include--Collaborate with clients and internal teams to define project scope and objectives.-Develop detailed project plans, including timelines and resource allocation-Coordinate with Designers to ensure project Designs meet client requirements and comply with all regulations. Allocate resources efficiently to ensure smooth project progression.-Develop and maintain project budgets, ensuring all activities align with financial constraints.-Monitor and report on project expenditures.-Implement cost-saving measures without compromising project quality.-Create and maintain comprehensive project timelines.-Ensure that all project milestones are met on time. Identify and Report Gaps and variations.-Adjust schedules as needed due to unforeseen delays or issues.-Hold regular team meetings to update members on progress and address any issues.-Serve as the main point of contact for all project communication between clients, team members, and other stakeholders.-Address and resolve any quality issues that arise during the project.-Manage and resolve issues as they arise, minimizing the impact on the project.-Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations on the job site.-Maintain regular communication with clients, providing updates and responding to inquiries.-Manage stakeholder expectations and negotiate compromises when necessary.-Ensure client satisfaction throughout the project and upon completion.-Collection follow-up base on the terms and liaise with Accounts to set-off the collections against progressive billing.-Qualification - Strong project management skills, industry knowledge.
