* Bachelor?s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience * Two years of related experience in office/administrative work, working with international student programming, and/or higher education * Requires excellent oral and written communication skills in English * Ability to multi-task and work cooperatively with others * Ability to use word processing, spreadsheet and database programs * Bachelor?s degree * Experience working with international student programming in the Education Sector * Basic knowledge of Arabic language * Familiar with Arabic culture * Provide guidance and support to students from TAMUQ participating in programs while at the College Station campus. * Serve as a liaison to Qatar students with Education Abroad, International Student Services, Global Programs, etc. * Transport students to various locations in or around the Bryan and College Station area to acquaint students with local services and purchase items for their apartments. * Coordinate the collection of documents for students traveling from College Station to Doha, Qatar. * Connect Qatar students with other international students to encourage a multi-cultural experience. * Connect Qatar students with main campus student services, including, but not limited to student health, student counseling, career services, etc. * Work alongside the assistant director and staff at the TAMUQ Student Affairs Office to ensure positive experiences for all students participating in programs. * Work with the assistant director to develop and implement ways to generate greater interest and awareness in student programs available in Qatar for College Station students. * Recruit students from across the College Station campus to experience programming at the branch campus in Doha, Qatar through various means (i.e. classroom presentations, information tables/booths, etc.). * Respond to student and/or faculty inquiries related to existing or new programs to Doha, Qatar. * Assist with faculty-led programs from Doha, Qatar to the College Station campus. * Work with TAMUQ personnel regarding travel logistics to/from College Station. * Plan and coordinates Qatar programming to increase awareness at main campus. * Develop mechanisms that connect main and Qatar students prior to and during available exchange programs. * Represent the Qatar Student Experience Office (QSEO) in the absence of the assistant director. * Identify, order, and purchase items needed to increase brand awareness across the main campus. * Coordinate QSEO office space, including cubicles and offices to ensure they are ready when Qatar campus employees require them. * Coordinate pantry stocking during visits from Qatar campus executives. * Work with the Assistant Director to ensure needs are met when Qatar campus executives or other guests are expected. * Work with the Assistant Director to ensure front lobby has continual student employee or staff coverage.
