Main Duties and ResponsibilitiesPrepare and bake bread, pastries, and other items from scratch or as per standard recipes.Ensure consistent taste, texture, and presentation of all bakery products.Monitor baking times, temperatures, and equipment performance.Maintain cleanliness and organization in the bakery area.Manage ingredient inventory and request supplies as needed.Minimize waste through proper portioning and storage.Follow hygiene, sanitation, and food safety standards.Report equipment or maintenance issues promptly.Assist in developing new bakery products when required.QualificationsMale candidate (as per operational requirements).Minimum 5 years of professional baking experience.Skilled in baking from scratch and following standard recipes.Strong knowledge of baking techniques and ingredient handling.Reliable, detail-oriented, and able to work under pressure.Culinary or baking diploma/certification preferred.Age not more than 40 years old.Candidates may be asked to complete a practical baking test.
