Hiring Onsite Project Manager for QatarProject Duration: 3 monthExperience: 5+ yrsImmediate joiner2. JOB PURPOSE:Responsible for overseeing the planning, coordination, and execution of events and activities at the designated venue. This role involves managing day-to-day operations, ensuring safety and security, supervising staff, and delivering exceptional experience for attendees. The Project Manager acts as the primary point of contact for vendors, and team members, ensuring all aspects of the installation/dismantling run smoothly and efficiently.4. KEY DUTIES/ RESPONSIBILITIES:Oversee all venue operations before, during, and after events.Coordinate with assignees to understand project requirements and deliver services accordingly.Prepare and implement project schedules – including buildup and installation – by coordinating with team members and ensuring timely execution of all planned activities.Supervise and manage onsite staff while liaising with internal team members and people in charge (head of production, branding specialist, etc).Ensure health, safety, and security protocols are maintained at all times.Manage logistics, including setup, teardown, and equipment handling.Troubleshoot any issues that arise during events promptly, and report back to management accordingly.Ensure compliance with legal, safety, and regulatory standards.Conduct post-event evaluations and report on outcomes.Health, Safety & EnvironmentEnsure compliance to all relevant safety, quality and environmental management policies, procedures andcontrols across the department to guarantee employee safety, legislative compliance, delivery of high-qualityproducts/services and a responsible environmental attitude.PROFILE: QUALIFICATIONS, EXPERIENCE & SKILLS:Proven experience in venue management, event coordination, or related fields.Ability to read/interpret CAD DrawingsStrong leadership and organizational skills.Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.Knowledge of health and safety regulations applicable to large venues.Functional Competencies:Language: English and ArabicMicrosoft Office, and Outlook.Interested candidates can apply online with updated resume Company Profile Established in 1987, is one of the leading Human Resources and Management Consultancies, with over 30 years of Multi-industry experience.
