This role involves all design projects within the organization. Includes leading and coordinating all stages of the design process, such as:- Concept design- Schematic design- Detailed design- Hand Sketch/BIM- Tender documentation- Design support during constructionKey responsibilities include:- Managing multidisciplinary design teams- Ensuring design quality and compliance with project requirements, codes, and standards- Delivering projects on time and within budget- Planning and monitoring design deliverables- Coordinating with internal teams, consultants, and stakeholders- Reviewing and approving design outputs- Resolving technical issues- Supporting tender evaluations Company Profile A multi-disciplinary engineering consulting firm based in Doha, State of Qatar.
